Continuing on with making props, I present a regular Large Present. A bit different as it doesn't have a face! It is designed like all the other props.
I wanted to change my cumbersome 3D coro presents I've had for years to a more space saving and easier to handle 2D shape.
I'm making these designs available for others to give back to the community that I have benefited from over the years.
If you do print this, I would be very interested in seeing your work and any suggestions for improvements. I will be printing this and place it in my show. I don't
anticipate any errors but I will correct them if found by me or others!
I do anticipate making a medium and small present as well.

Description:
It is composed of 29 separate pieces. (there are 2 test pieces used to test print and don't attach to the present).
Most pieces are 6mm thick with a 2mm thick raised edge that is 10mm high. This has proven to be plenty strong through several New York Winters, using PLA+ material.

Its approximate size is 842mm wide x 1079mm high (34in x 43in).
It holds 142 pixels.

I've had my printed props out in the Upstate NY weather the last 2 seasons and they held up very nicely. No damage and still going strong.
Might be different in hot environments but these aren't bothered by the cold or strong winds.
As for increasing connection stability, I have added zip tie holes at each connection. I learned followed the suggestion of another person who modified one of my other props.

As for mounting, I have placed 4mm holes at various locations along the prop so standoffs can be used. I started using these:

These standoffs were recommended by, HAJunkie2022, and work quite well. I used them for the first time this year to mount my Rudy prop in my show.

Printer:
Each piece is sized to fit on an Ender 5 Pro printing bed (they fit in a 220x220 bed). Should be able to at least print several pieces at one time but
this won't always be the case.

The information below this is here for historical input. I have since modified the joints and I hope you no longer need to change settings!
I have tested printed pieces using PLA+. This stuff seems to print very nicely. To make the dove tailing work with a good fit,
I do set the Horizontal Expansion (CURA) to -0.21. (your's will be different). In OrcaSlicer, the setting to modify, is XY Hole Compensation.
I have also learned to set your pressure advance to avoid "overprinting" at edges of pieces.
I created the small "test pieces" so you could set up printer without wasting much material. The two test pieces will allow you to trial your dove tail fit.
I just print using default setting for PLA material.

Updated:
3/1/2025 - there was an error in part Box 14. This has been corrected.
3/8/2025 - I have uploaded a new set of files with more clearance on the joints. Feedback has been that the props have been more tedious to assemble due to needing filing and post printing clean up to make the pieces fit. Well, I think I have solved this. You will have to let me know. I have now printed these pieces without any expansion or compensation settings. Please try to remove these if you had them set previously.
3/12/2025 - marked the numbers on parts 6 and 9 with underline for more obvious placement and orientation.
3/13/2025 - parts 23 and 24 did not have proper extrusions for the numbers. This has been fixed.
4/22/2025 - while wiring my Large Present, I realized the original Xmodel for this prop didn't follow the wiring route I used on the other presents. There is a new Xmodel with a more consistent wiring now.
7/19/2025 - changed the mounting holes to 6.5mm diameter to accept 1/4" bolts. Trying to make this a standard.
