Ozito blower vacuum mulcher bag guard

The Ozito 2400W Corded 3 In 1 Blower Vacuum Mulcher (BLV-2401) sprays the debris it collects into the side of its bag and destroys the bag. The bags aren't worth getting as replacements for the cost.

These guards slide onto the inside of the bag mount and redirect the debris. Design credit goes to some random guy called Chris who made something like this and posted a review on the Bunnings website in 2021. I never saw Chris' file uploaded so I made this.

The bag will need to be reattached after this adapter is put on, I used thin steel wire, you could probably use a long zip tie which is what it comes with but there is a little less clearance than stock.

I used the guard for a few hours and then felt like the debris was still hitting the near edge of the bag so I added the guard with extension. Haven't printed and fitted that yet but will get around to it.
