PRR FM style car

remixed from two of professorburnout"s car files. i took and added the center section to one side of the car to make for less connections when building this car. you will still need one long deck, one short deck, and one center deck section to put decking on this car. I also removed the coupler pedistal to make for nicer body mounting of kadee couplers or other similar style couplers.
