Chloe Starfish Necklace Charm

I haven't printed this yet - I expect it to work best on an Objet, the details are too tight for a makerbot.
It would be fun to get a texture on the surface if anyone wants to tell me how to apply one. I'm running solidworks but if there is another way, let me know! Thanks, Juliana
-Update- made it @0.9" across, 0.1" tall & the text is super tiny - not what I would call readable!
