Cleanspace2 Reusable Filter

This is a reusable filter adapter for Cleanspace2 (PAF-0034) PAPR respirators. This allows you replace just the filter media and not the entire plastic part, which of course is outrageously expensive for a simple respirator filter. However, I would only use this for particulate filtering like dust, viruses, etc. The filter media will also need to be replaced more often than Cleanspace's filters due to the reduced surface area of the filter media, which would cause particulates to build up faster. Regardless, this works fine in dusty environments like a woodworking shop, which is what I use this for, and I just change the filter media regularly. Obviously, this is not approved for any OSHA workplace and should be used at your own risk.

Printing/Setup Instructions:

• Print the main filter body face up at ≥20% infill with supports. After printing, you will need to add some 3mm thick foam around the edge that seals inside of the power unit (see photos). That foam can be purchased here: https://amzn.to/3DAqgOx
• Print the filter media retainer, which is just a rectangle the secures the filter media in place. The filter media I use is this: https://amzn.to/3XRhvpR which is at least N95 rated and I just cut each one to size (77x42mm). You could also cut filters from furnace filers, thick fabric material, etc.
