Dust Collector for Taiwanese Bandsaw

This is a Dust Collector which fits my Taiwanese Bandsaw. The Bandsaw is an "Elephant" Brand 14" Bandsaw. It is basically a Delta Copy.

This is a remix of one designed by Dominic Bender (BeInspiredwithDominic). I have made a couple of modifications so that this better fits in the small space available under the table. I have also added 4 extra slots to provide better airflow for the dust collection (It needs to be able to suck air from somewhere). You may find that a Table Insert with extra holes may help keep the table a bit cleaner.

As per Dominic's design, this uses 9 magnet locations to hold the dust collector under the bandsaw table. In my case I have used 10mm diameter x 1mm thick Neodynium magnets, but I have stacked 6 in each location and then kept them in place with a small drop of adhesive. This provides a nice strong magnetic attraction to the underside of the table. The holes for the magnets are 10.5mm diameter. You could use any magnets which will fit, or redesign for yourself using the included Fusion 360 File (.3mf).

This will print without supports if you place it on it's base, but you may get better results for the inner surface if you add some support there.

I printed in PLAPlus with 0.2mm Layer Height. Any filament should work OK.
