Power Tool Adapter for Karcher NT-Series Vacuums (DN 35 Clip 2.0)

My vacuum came with a rubber power tool connection piece, that screws onto the vacuum hose. It's not very convenient to replace the default end piece with this rubber connector every time, and also it lacks airflow control, which is important if your vacuum doesn't have power setting. So i designed this adapter, that is compatible with Karcher NT-series vacuums, including NT 22, NT 30, NT 40, and NT 50. It is inspired by existing adapters and provides a similar function but does not include the rubber connection piece (part no. 5.303-877.0), as that part was supplied with the vacuum.

Features:

• Two-piece design: The main body and an airflow adjustment ring.
• Snap-fit assembly: The adjustment ring snaps into place with moderate force and stays put.
• Adjustable resistance: When the rubber connection piece is screwed onto the body, it prevents the ring from rotating freely. The tighter you screw it, the harder it is to turn the ring.

Printing Recommendations:

• Material: Originally printed in PLA. The first version broke, so this version has thicker walls and a shallower thread to improve strength. PETG or ABS may offer better durability.
• Supports: Recommended for best results (depends on printer setup).
