JSP Aircap Powerpack and Dock

After dropping my original powerpack and taping it back together - again I decided to design and print a new, smaller version. This is the original Aircap which must be getting on for twenty years old. I took the battery six-pack, charging socket and I/O button from the original and transferred them to the new pack directly. I needed to de-solder the wires from the I/O button to pass the wires through the hole before re-soldering them. The wall-mountable dock has six stand-offs between it and the wall plate. This is optional depending on if you have a straight or right-angled cable connector. There is a cleat that can be glued to either side to wrap the excess cable around but the cable could also be wrapped around the stand-offs at the rear. If you print the cleat I would suggest you use supports. For ease, I printed the I/O button and socket surrounds separately and glued them on afterwards. I didn't replace the rubber membrane over the button in my case.
