HitPad (remix for Nacon Daija PS4 and more)

Remixed from HitPad (drop in for sanwa stick replacement) by ANDYHOPE.

Changes:

• longer screw thread
• thinner screw nut
• slightly different button layout to better suit my hand
• more seamless/gapless button integration
• improved button caps (compared to the Slimbox original)
