Handle for spot welding electrodes for batteries

All parameters and dimensions are specified in the CDR files. Inside the handle, 5x50x0.8 mm springs are used. They are held by a M4x9 mm pin. The pin is fixed with any sealant or thread lock. The remaining parameters are specified in the CDR. There are sizes for a PVC case on a CNC.
Handle_20x4mm.STL - a version of the handle with two series-connected microswitches.
Handle_15_20mm_LED_ready - a version of the handle with two series-connected microswitches and the ability to install a 4-5 mm LED.
All wires are pulled using a wire pushed in the opposite direction and hooked onto the wires. Then the microswitches are soldered.

The spotter is built on 2 transformers. The maximum short-circuit current of the secondary winding is more than 1800 A.
Control controller - NY-D02. Due to the unstable network voltage of 234-246 volts, the film capacitor in the snubber circuit was replaced with 0.68 μF 630 V.
