Summary

This large Hi-Q game is commonly used in hand therapy. Due to its lightweight design, it is recommended to place a non-slip mat, such as Dycem, underneath the game for stability.

IMPORTANT: Holes for pegs are present, but not visible in the STL previews. Please ensure that the pieces are oriented with the flat side in contact with the print bed when printing.

How I Designed This

This print was designed in SolidWorks. The SOLIDWORKS part file can be provided upon request.

Assembly

The STL files include both the full-sized board and its four separate pieces when split. The board pieces can be assembled using any strong adhesive (e.g., superglue). Applying adequate pressure during the drying process is essential to ensure proper contact, as the sides may not print perfectly flat.

Additional Notes

The fillets in the STL files are larger than those shown in the images to reduce material use. This change does not significantly affect the gameplay experience.
