Das Scharnier wird komplett gedruckt. Die Spaltmaße sind ausreichend für eine gute Trennung.
Support mit Druckbett only empfohlen, sonst füllt der Slicer den Achskanal
Achse zurechtschneiden aus 2 mm Fahrradspeiche. Nachbohren des Achskanals empfohlen.
Die f3d Datei kann für Größenanpassungen genutzt werden (Fusion360)

The hinge will be printed as one block. The gaps are wide enough to guarantee easy separation of the two parts.
Print with supports on - heatbed only. Otherwise the slicer will fill the hole for the axle with support material.
The axle can be cut from 2 mm bicycle spoke. Widening the axle hole with a 2 mm drill is recommended.
Resizing can be done with the f3d file (Fusion360)
