Mast mounted Balun enclosure for Dipole or EDHW

I changed this with an extra hole to be used for an inverted V dipole but could be used for a wide array of antennas. I made a 1:1 on an f240-43. I added a central hub and zip tie loops to hold it all together. All credit to the original designer. I also added the ability to mount it on a mast
