Pulley Spindle Gear Replacement for Craftsman Z6200

My pulley spindle assembly sheared the gears off and would no longer spin. I created this during COVID when I couldn't get a replacement part. Basically, print the model in nylon or similar durable material and fit it inside the existing pulley. You'll need to widen the diameter of the stripped hole in the pulley to 21mm so the new gear can fit. align the holes in the model and the pulley, then use a small nut and bolt to secure them together.

This solution worked for 4 years before failing. The aftermarket spindle & pulley I bought failed after 6 months, so I'm going back to this model.

Edit: v5 widened the teeth radius by 1mm to accommodate tolerances with the nylon on a .6mm extruder. Also strengthened the shaft by connecting the void space to the walls.
