DeWalt vacuum 1-7/8 (48mm) to 36mm hose adapter

I bought a DXV15T vacuum which came with a 48mm hose fitting. I needed a longer hose but could not for the life of me find a 48mm hose longer than 2m, so I instead used an Einhell hose with c.36mm OD with this adapter. It should be compatible with any machine that uses the DXVA19-2600 hose, which should be: DXV04T DXV05P DXV05S DXV06G DXV08S DXV06P DXV09P DXV15T

This was an absolute nightmare to model as the original hose is made of flexible plastic, so simply copying those measurements did not produce a working print. This is as close as I was able to get. Print with the small hose-end down. You should only need supports on the latch where there is an overhang. Make sure you remove support material thoroughly as if there is >0.5mm remaining the latch won't click into place properly.

[Update] I've been using this for about a month now. In PLA it works very well with the adapter permanently in place on the vacuum and/or blower end, I use the hoover multiple times a day and I see no signs of fatigue. However, I think in PLA it is probably too brittle at the point of the latch for repeated removal/reinsertion, i.e. if you want to switch between 48mm and 36mm hoses regularly. I think it might be possible for it to work in that purpose with more flexible material and possibly some minor adjustments to the dimensions.
