Louvred roof

This was a work project but it was based on the Weinor Atares louvred roof
It’s designed to be able to have LED strip lights underneath (I haven’t got around to fitting them myself)
This was designed entirely from scratch this is version 2 as I was trying to make it bigger and in more pieces.

Prints;

Louvres:
You will need to print the louvres flat as they don’t like to print at the current 45 degree angle I will provide the singular Louvre so you can print them separately, I printed 10 and 4 as you will need 14louvres total.

Frame: the frame needs to be printed upside down as the LED plate needs supporting underneath.
I printed the frame at 30% infill

Base: printed at 30% infill but if using white maybe consider doing it as 3 or 4 wall layers as it will shine through

Moving stick: 100% infill, be aware that the balls on the end of the louvres may be too big depending on your printers tolerances.

This model was designed to print on a CR 10 S pro so if your build plate is smaller than 300mm it may have to be scaled down and I don’t know if the model is scalable as I’ve never had to do it but I’m sure with slight modification that it could be scaled.
