Small Parts Safety Standard Test Cylinder

The small parts test cylinder is defined in Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Title 16 Part 15091.4 that determines if an article presents a choking hazards to small children, ages three and under. The diagram of the cylinder is the one provided with the regulation. This model is an implementation of the small parts cylinder defined in CFR Title 16 Part 15091.4 as of 20250501. The user is responsible for ensuring currency of the CFR. If it changes this model may need to be changed to be compliant.
