Halloween Horror Nights Wait Sign Display Model

I've seen these made and sold on popular craft sites but I wanted to try and make my own and share it for those that might not be able to afford the more 'commercial' (although still 3D printed) options. I print in PLA and glue the sign holder and top truss to the base and spray paint silver. I print the images on matte photo paper after editing the graphics to my liking. There are plenty of high res photos out there you can modify that print fairly well. I print the warning sign at 7x3.7" on 5x7" photo paper. The wait times I print at about 2.7" wide by 1.37" tall and i can fit 4 on one 4x6" photo paper.

Update 10/6/2025:

I published a v2 of this design here, its the "Modular" STL files in the file list. Modular in this case means that you can print the Main and Top Truss and then swap out the TV and Sign Base with whatever you want at the time, so if you like to switch things up a bit you're free to do so. I also filleted many of the sharp transitions for a more robust print. Finally, the Sign Base is wider to accommodate a more accurate scale compared to the event. The Hatchet and Chains photo is the new v2 modular model.
