This is a mix of a couple of designs on Thiniverse. There is a similar Mexican Train design but on mine I just scaled down the sombrero more to my liking. Enjoy

You will need support for the over hang of the hat. I used tree support and it seemed to work fine. I also printed mine with 100% infill because I wanted a little heft to the piece to make it a little sturdier during game play.
