3018 CNC 48 mm spindle for rotary tool

I remixed the v2 of the original model by Jonna to make the hole slightly smaller to fit my old Crafstman 2J3 rotary too. It should fit really anything with a 48mm spindle size (the hold prior to clamping is +1.5mm in diameter just like the original model is meant to fit a 50 mm spindle by using a 51.5 mm diameter holder and screws to clamp in place).

NOTE: The clamp is loose, working on a v2. For now I'm including a shim which clamps my old-school rotary tool, but YMMV check the measurements. The shim internal diameter is ~47.5 mm.
