Raspberry pi pico case, Cobalt flux dance pad control box

This was made to be used as a control box for a cobalt flux dance pad. It houses a raspberry pi pico, has one cutout for the pico's built in micro usb and another round hole for an 8mm diameter cable coming in to wire to the board. The holes are all sized for m2 machine screws. M2x4 should work but I would recommend M2x6.

I had these made in both fdm (.4 nozzle) and resin. The fdm print post holes fit the m2 screws perfectly. The resin post holes were somehow slightly larger and had to be secured with super glue so take that into consideration if you use this file with resin printing. If I had to guess, maybe off by .1 - .3mm in diameter. The round hole for the 15 pin cable was also slightly loose fitting in the resin print but snug on the fdm.

GP2040-CE was used to program the pico as a controller for windows, if you do this (for a dance pad) you'll need to disable socd in the GP2040-CE web configurator so you can hit 2 directional arrows at the same time.
