USBTiny ISP case

Thanks charliejgallo for the design. I added recesses for the screw heads, and lowered 0.5mm the top to make it hold better my board that is only 1.1mm thick. For a standard 1.6mm board, one can use just the bottom from here (if the recesses are wanted) and the original top.
