ESP32 Cam M12 Lens Hack (Flush)

The lens mount I had was slightly different than OP's original one, it had a rectangle cutout near the screw holes, and the screw holes were only about 1mm so I had to change the top plate a little to account for that. Bottom plate is unchanged.
