Simple as that. Just print, assembly and have fun with some nice looking footage.
You will gonna need:

M3x10 screws - 4 pcs
M5x20 screws - 2 pcs
1/4"x20 screw - 1 pc
rubber o-rings 35x3mm
motor with gearbox (like on 4th photo)
Li-ion battery (disassembled from an single use e-cigarette
small rocker switch
some wires
