IP Binary to Decimal Converter - press and clip

I needed a tool for demonstrating the conversion of an IP octet from binary to decimal and back. This was near perfect. I didn't enjoy using a piece of filament as an axle though, so I replaced that with small hemispheres on the 1-plates and widened the ridges where needed to make them snug enough.
