Star Trek Alliance/HotAC formation tool

This is a tool to aid in setting up formations in Star Trek Alliance. It is also compatible with the Heroes of the Auturi Cluster (HotAC) campaign for Star Wars X-Wing Miniatures.

UPDATE: Responding to constructive feedback, I have uploaded a version with the "A" spot marked "HIGHEST" to remind players to place the highest numbered ship in spot "A".
