Blunted Edward Elric Spear

I was having trouble slicing the awesome design from @Chase_Makes_Stuff, so I took it into Onshape (https://cad.onshape.com/documents/8cc5e428642da48b9536fdd5/w/8a2409e3496d0ef2c3a75ca4/e/5e1d3096019646855979ca17) and blunted the sharp edges. I ended up removing everything thinner than 0.6mm. (I also added a 0.6mm support wall under each wing for stable support, and to prevent the parts from rocking and hitting the nozzle).

I also split the top and the collar at a spot that would be easy to hide to fit on my 400mm max height printer.
I also added a hole for a 1/4" metal rod to attach the tip to the collar easily and securely.
