Customize and print lamellas.
Number of lamellas = (n-1)*2
If the number of lamellas is 4, 6 parts are required.

After printing, assemble the cells and fix the parts with drops of glue (dichloroethane or liquid cyanoacrylate).

Of course, this solution is not suitable for industrial laser cutting. The cells may be damaged during cutting. In most cases, this damage does not have a significant effect - see photo.

In case of significant damage, turn the honeycombs over. Or print new ones. Printing time and the cost of plastic are not significant.
