Ryobi 40V Charger wall mount, removable

For Ryobi OP403 and OP404 chargers, replaces the cover. Remixed to add slots so it can be lifted off the wall without removing the screws, and a hole added in side to see the LED even with solid filament. OpenSCAD file included with new option added.
