Novoflex BALPRO bellows mount for M52x0.75 and M26x0.7 (Mitutoyo etc.)
These are exact dimensionally replicated mounts for Novoflex's BALPRO bellows. I removed the nice sloped parts because they serve no purpose aside from aesthetics and screwing up the print.
I made the flange 2mm thick instead of 1mm.
Currently, I have drawn M52x0.75 (lens reversing ring) and M26x0.7 (Mitutoyo, Motic, EO etc.) objective threads.
These can be 3D printed, but it will be quite demanding on your printer. I highly recommend you to calibrate your printer first. Please start with flow calibration and then XY axis offset/skews and shrinkage using the Califlower print. My A1 mini is dimensionally off by 0.1%.
Use the 0.2mm nozzle. I set the layer height to 0.05mm with 7 wall loops to make it a bit stronger. I used PLA Matte. If your printer is enclosed, make sure you cycle air through or just remove the enclosure.
Bambu Labs' 0.08mm optimal for 0.2mm nozzle profile was used, I slowed down initial layer printing speed and infill speeds. Gyroid was used for the infill pattern with a sparse density of 15%.
After printing, you may need to trim the circular aperture a little with a deburring tool. "Elephant's foot" might make this very hard to mate with the adaptors/objectives. 3D printed threads this fine will always be finicky.
