Hand Crank Generator

This is an early prototype of a hand crank generator which will eventually charge an internal battery and then be used for lighting and cell phone charging.

Right now it's designed around the specific DC motor taken from an old broken printer. Eventually I want the design to take any (within reason) size DC motor.
