Portlight screen frame replacement for sailboat

Designed for old portlights I have on a Hunter 30-2 1989, this part does not exist anymore.
Frame is designed in two parts that will take the screen in sandwich. Glue the hole thing together to get the complete screen assembly.
This design is to be printed on a large printer (not a conventional 200mm) since it is a bit larger.
On the pictures, grey one is the original one (scrapped).
Dimensions of the screen (does not include little flaps on the sides): 110mm x 256mm
