Shimano Cassette Removal Tool - Strengthened

I noticed there were a few comments on the original file asking for a solidified center for the hex head, so I booted up SolidWorks and linked the mesh surfaces. While this may provide some noticeable strength improvements for the head, the cassette lock ring splines are still rather "weak" (of course, it's plastic). Hope some find this helpful.

For my own use, I used a 90% infill gyroid pattern with this model (took 2 hours on my Prusa I3 MK3S, and I have actually been able to use this tool numerous times to break free stuck cassettes. However, when torquing, I always use a metallic key to ensure it meets proper specs.
