Shapeoko 3 Dust Boot Sole Pressed in Screws

Remixed the sole by jayftee. His beautiful fusion 360 file made it really easy to replace the heat-set insert holes with through holes that snuggly fit an M4x20 Sockethead screw. Then it was easy to find a small m4 wingnut/3d printed knob to use on the top of the boot instead of the other way around.
