Rotating 45mm Tape Cutter Holder

I created this tape cutter with the goal of speeding up my packaging process. The whole mechanism works well, although the base is a bit thin. The idea is to use double-sided tape to fix it onto a table. However, the teeth don't cut the tape, even when I hold it firmly. If anyone is interested in modifying it and sharing a solution, feel free to do so!
