Printable Bearing
This is a printable bearing that actually works. Obviously it isn't perfect, but it's great for getting some okay bearings when you don't have an alternative at the moment. I've found that this design works much better than other ones that I've found online, and it also tends to print a lot easier.
As far as print settings go, I recommend turning your line thickness up a bit (~0.6mm) as it helps with the overhangs on the inside. In general, better overhangs can be achieved by turning your layer height down and your line thickness up. Another important thing that I've found is to randomize your seam, as sometimes the seam will cause stuff to get stuck. Other than that, these are rather easy to print, especially compared to other printable bearings on the internet.
If you wish to modify this part in any way, that's great. You will probably want the step file, which is included below. If you happen to have a solidworks maker license, then you may find the .sldprt file helpful. Just keep in mind that maker files are digitally water marked an not compatible with the commercial version (I think). The solidworks file is completely parametric, so you may find that even more helpful.
The dimensions of this bearing are 3/4 inch outer diameter, 1/4 inch inner diameter, and 1/4 inch tall. The clearance is 0.025 inches.
