FlayCam Nano DSLR Quick Release Plate

I recently picked up a Flycam Nano DSLR Steadycam that was missing the quick release plate. I was super excited to come across Matesaktesak's quick release (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2915159) but unfortunately mine is a slightly different size. Oh well, Matesaktesak's made a great starting point so I modified it to fit mine!

Things I changed:

• shrunk it way down
• thinned out the top layer so the locking arm would fit underneath
• removed the angles from the sides
• added new angles to front and back (as that seems to be how mine attaches), including a sort of angled pocket for the locking arm to slide into at the back
• shortened the length of the screw hole

The fit is VERY tight, you may need to sand down the screw hole ever so slightly to get a proper screw through it. I also glued strips of felt onto mine to make pads similar to what Matesaktesak printed in a softer plastic.

Looking up videos of other Flycam nanos it's hard to tell if I even have the stock quick release mechanism, this could very well be an aftermarket one. Definitely take a close look before you print yourself one!
