lcd case for 2004 style lcd control

Lcd case for 2004 lcd, with sdcard slot.
included plywood-frame mount.

if you are not sure if it the right size,
print the template first and fit it on your lcd
to see if this will work for you.

version 1.1 has nothing holding backplate on.
version 1.2 i added tabs to hold front and back together.

Note: I did not design the mount for this.
I cant remember where I found it.

The mount fits plywood frame perfectly.
