Fix for a broken window crank of an old Toyota truck

This is a new design for a window crank missing the top handle. The original has been lost and the other side had been replaced prior so there was no reference to work from. The truck is a custom Frankenstein model.

This intentionally re-uses the lower metal grip as PLA likely would not be sturdy enough to grip the tiny teeth it needs to hold onto. The plug is to cover the hole on top which allows the crank to be screwed in.

The (green) handle is print-in-place and started to spin freely once the supports were removed. It was printed with a .4 nozzle at .2mm precision and seems sturdy enough. Untested what hot summer will do to it.
