Dewalt table saw vacuum adaptor

An adaptor for a Dewalt DWE7492 Table Saw directing the vacuum outlet by 90 degrees. This allows more flexibility in positioning the saw and dust extraction.

It prints in 2 parts to allow maximum strength for the unit as a whole. Just glue the 2 parts together to complete.

The hole for the dust extraction is the same size as my vacuum cleaner hose, but it would be easy to print another part to suit your own hose. I put a small aerofoil section in the dust path to support the tube in use and to speed up the extraction. It seems to work better with than without but that's just a subjective opinion.

I printed it in PLA with 4 walls and it seems to work well so far.

I have added a V3, this one allows you to alter the outlet to suit your own dust extractor. It's a bit chunkier than the original to allow for larger bore dust extractors. The V2 wasn't worth posting as it was bulkier than V1 and a more complex print than V3.
