Panduit Mini-Com modular keystone adapter insert

This allows 2 standard keystone jacks to be installed in 1/3 of a Panduit modular mini-com wall plate. I had to make the tabs very rigid to stop them from breaking off. Depending on the position you are installing it in, it is sometimes possible to start at an angle and rotate the module into place which makes it easier to get it snapped into position. If you have to snap it straight in, it's possible, you just have to press very hard. Same for un-installing the module, it's possible, but not easy or fun. For me this "semi-permanent" installation is okay since I am not taking them apart frequently and I would prefer durability and strength over ease of installation.
