Xbox 360 Standard D-pad Pivot

Not my idea, but its my solution. Tiny little plastic disc that fits into the d-pad rubber membrane from the d-pad side. D-pad should feel completely normal apart from the central pivot, if it binds AT ALL, reduce flow to 95% and reprint.
