CPU Airflow Optimiser /Blocker for Lian Li O11 Dynamic and Be Quite

In Tehorie, this should help direct the airflow towards the parts that should be cooled and prevent the airflow from flowing over the cpu cooler, where no cooling is needed.

Desing might also work for oter cases and tower combinations, but you might wanna check if it fits.
