olinux K8200 mod for E3D V6 on K8200/3Drag

K8200 Mod for mounting E3D V6 hotend on K8200.

It is made for this extruder: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:18379
I have designed a new extruder for this mod: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1360839

It is designed to reduce vibrations at the nozzle and to reduce noise from hotend cooling.
Use it with a 120mm fan.

I installed auto levelling on Z axis. There are holes in the bracket where you can mount this holder.

I just prepared the holes with a 3.2 mm drill and screwed M4 screws directly into the plastic.
I used this holder for the Z endstop

For X and Y axis I use a 3M belt with this pulleys.

I made a new bed heating with four high power resistors with 2.2 ohm. I put a relay between board and heating. I use a 12V ATX power supply for the board, and the original Velleman power supply with 15V for bed heating. Works really fine. I reach temperatures of more then 100°. I'm able to print HIPS directly on a glass plate without any tape. With 5 mm brim and a temperature of 80° I don't have warping.

I also build a housing for my printer. The following link was my inspiration. I just changed the dimensions for the K8200. Front and back panels are 600x600mm, top and bottom panels 600x452mm and the sides are 600x440mm. Detailed drawings will follow.

For lightning I used 2m of LED stripes. It is bright inside with not so much shadow.

The cable chain on the last picture is printed in ABS with a 0.25 mm nozzle and a layerhight of 0.1 mm. It is printed directly on a glass plate.
