Spider-Man Webshooters

Classic webshooter custom design inspired by Ditko and JRJR.

To assemble, super glue Noz into the whole on NozCartFront. All cartridges can be glued to CartBack, including NozCartFront, with a piece of 2" elastic holding them together.

I printed the backs in TPU because it feels better against the skin than PLA and glued with E6000. To finish the fronts, I used the following process:

1. Rub in wood filler, then sand with 150 grit sandpaper
2. Spray with automotive filler primer, then sand with 320 grit sandpaper
3. Wet sand with 800 grit sandpaper to polish
4. Spray paint with high gloss black paint
5. Rub in graphite powder with cotton balls

The graphite powder looks amazing in motion, really makes it look like metal! I used 6 regular carts and 1 nozzle per arm, but that will vary by arm size.
