Hydration tube magnetic clip

Exchange of the original. Original has 3 issues. Unclips from the waist pack is the first. Difficult to engage the two magnets due to the flange/cup design. And lastly, the magenetic coupling does not suffice for mountain bike riding.

This design beefs up the sturdyness of the clip to the waist pack. But even better is the first time every time engagment thanks be to a spherical stronger magnet.

Use V2 object. 1mm thicker. Holds up better in trail riding.

Printing

• Infill - 100%
• Support - none
• Material - PLA, PLA+
• Orientation - Lay part on side.

Post Print
Set a 13 mm spherical magnet to the hydration tube. Add a few drops of CA to the printed part. Insert the magnet over the glue. Let dry.

IMPORTANT
The magnet MUST be aligned with the hydration tube first. Else, you wasted a good magnet and printed part.
