Replacement plunger for Duel Shot foam dart gun

My son has a pair of cheap dollar store foam dart guns that get a lot of use and abuse. The plungers keep breaking, and it gives me a perverse sort of pleasure to put in the time and effort to repair something that was designed to break and be thrown away.

Print settings

I printed in PLA with 50% infill -- it's a pretty tiny piece, doesn't hurt to make it nice and strong. The part is designed to not need supports; any overhangs have built-in supports.

Tips for assembly

The dart gun is full of springs. Open it up carefully and slowly, and take note of the location of everything inside before you take out the barrel, trigger, and plunger.

The pilot hole for the screw might be a bit on the small side; you might want to warm up the screw or the end bit before screwing the piston plate onto the new plunger. I've cracked them before.

Getting the files

There's one STL file; that's all you need. If you want to modify the part, you'll need to install OpenSCAD, unzip the zip file in a folder, and open the .scad file. You need the SVGs to be in the same folder in order to open the .scad and edit it.
