HONDA NT1100 CHAIN GUARD
This is an additional chain guard for the USA 2025 Honda NT1100 motorcycle. It is designed to stop chain oil from flinging off onto the wheel and tire. It is likely to fit other versions of the NT1100.
Additional hardware required (Stainless Steel)
1 x M6 x 35 mm lg Socket Head Cap Screw – used to retain the assembly to the rear wheel axle (this can be with or without a plain portion)
3 x M4 x 16 mm lg Flat Head Screws – used to attach the guard to the mount arm.
The NT1100 logo just presses into the recesses on the mount arm.

Assembly:
- Thoroughly clean the target area on the bike if necessary.
- Insert the logo pieces into their respective recesses in the guard. With the back of the guard properly supported and using a hard wood or plastic block, gently hammer the pieces home.
- Screw the guard to the mount arm with the M4 screws. Apply a dot of grease to the tip of the threads before assembling. No metal inserts required but don’t overtighten!
- Place the assembly over the hex head of the axle and insert the two halves of the screw grips.
- Apply a little grease to the M6 screw and, while pushing the head of the screw grips firmly against the mount arm, insert it into the screw grips until the head has fully sunk into the screw grip recess. If you use a power tool, stop before fully home and tighten the last couple of millimeters by hand until resistance is felt.
- Go ride!
