0,65F electrolytic capasitor spot welder

The device was designed to test the welding controller's functionality. After assembly, it proved to be fully functional and welds nickel-plated tape up to 150 microns thick perfectly.
The battery's internal resistance is low, so setting the discharge time to more than 10 ms is pointless. In 6-7 ms, the battery voltage drops from 12 to 6 V.
Сharging with a current of 2 A occurs in approximately 4 seconds.
You will need:
GX590 spot welding controller;
100 6800 µF 16V capacitors (16 x 25mm);
12V 2A power supply;
XL4015E1 2324P 5A step-down DC/DC converter;
5.5/2.5mm DC connector;
push button as a foot pedal;
Consumables: 2 mm2 copper wire, a piece of 20 x 50 x 2 mm copper strip for the terminals, 2 mm diameter steel rods, M5 blind rivets, and a pair of 3.5 x 17mm self-tapping screws.
