Laser Air Assist – High Flow Optimization – Adapter

This model is an adapter for the air hose connection of a standard laser pump, designed to significantly improve airflow.

It shows that the biggest restriction of the stock pump is the small outlet nozzle. By replacing this connection, the airflow is greatly optimized.

Description

• Adapter from 1/8'' pump outlet → Quick Connector M8 for 6 mm hose
• Compatible with:
  • Ray5 10W Air Assist Kit (5W / 20W / others may also be supported)
  • Supplied extra pump nozzle
  • Reference nozzle (AliExpress link)

This eliminates the restriction at the stock connector and allows the pump to deliver its full flow capacity.

Print Settings

• Recommended material: PETG or ABS (heat resistant and strong)
• Layer height: 0.1 mm
• 100% infill (for strength in the threaded area)
• No supports required

• Use PTFE tape or sealant if needed for airtight fit.
